Turkcell’s Deputy General Manager Murat Erkan stated that as Turkcell they have equipped the Yozgat City Hospital with the latest technology and have made it digitized.

“As Turkcell we started the digital hospital period in Turkey with Yozgat City Hospital. We have digitized everything within the hospital with the Knowledge Management System we established in the hospital that we equipped with the latest technology. With the digital infrastructure we have established, all the health data of the patients can be tracked on mobile devices. Again, with the kiosks we placed in the hospital taking a queue number and getting the test results are facilitated. With this digital infrastructure, information can be send via any medical device, networks and sensors. Thanks to digitalization, we eliminated paper in the hospital. Now, X-rays, reports, blood tests are not passed from hand to hand. It comes directly to our doctors. Our studies on the digitalization of the hospital were registered with HIMSS 6 accreditation. Thus, our hospital took its place among the world’s leading digital hospital. Our experience in Yozgat will also contribute to the studies on the digitization of other hospitals in our country.”
