At the meeting that was moderated by Prof. Sabahattin Aydın, Medipol University Rector, Paula Wilson, President and CEO of Joint Commission International talked about Opportunities and Risks for Health Care Quality. At the session Dr. İlker Köse, Medipol University, HIMSS Director for Turkey, touched on What does EMRAM (Electronic Medical Record System) Enable for Better Quality?. At the session Ömer Demir, Sales Manager of SIEMENS Healthineer and Erhan Binici, CEO of ANKAREF were the speakers.

“Two points about increasing the reliability of the technology: Top leadership in daily operations in other word an administrative system should be introduced and continuous process improvement is necessary.”

Dr. İlker Köse, Lecturer in Medipol University and HIMSS Director for Turkey:

Although there are a lot of resources and tools that will make it easier for us to decide when we want to improve the quality of health, it’s really hard to look at the whole in general.”

“The world is changing rapidly. This rapid change in digital technologies also affects the behavior in managing people’s health. Changes in patient behavior and payment systems lead health providers to value-based services.”

Erhan Binici, CEO of ANKAREF:
