Hakan Polat is a seasoned expert in digital learning and instructional design with over a decade of experience in developing innovative e-learning solutions and implementing cutting-edge Learning Management Systems (LMS). As the Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Elevate, Hakan specializes in combining subject-matter expertise with forward-thinking educational methodologies to deliver impactful training solutions across various industries, including healthcare, life sciences, banking, and education.
Hakan’s journey includes leading the development of interactive e-learning modules, designing blended learning programs, and advising organizations on LMS procurement and implementation. His approach is a creative yet structured blend of operational, tactical, and strategic perspectives to effectively address complex learning and development challenges.
Fluent in Dutch, English, and Turkish, Hakan brings a multicultural perspective to his work. He holds multiple certifications, including Lean Management (Orange and Yellow Belts), and is proficient with industry-standard tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Suite, and Captivate.
