GENERAL INFORMATION
When and where will HIMSS+Eurasia HealthTech 2026 take place?
HIMSS+Eurasia HealthTech 2026 will be held on 26-28 November 2026 at Sueno Hotels Deluxe, Belek, Antalya. Additional accommodation is also available at Bellis Hotel.
Is there a Preparation Day?
Yes. On 25 November 2026, a Preparation Day training titled "Strategic Digital Leadership and Corporate Governance Training" will be held in collaboration with the American College of Healthcare Executives and HIMSS Eurasia. Participation is free of charge, and prior registration is required.
Where can I collect my badge?
You can collect your badge at the registration desk in the event entrance area, with a valid official ID. Our team will be there to welcome you.
Is a certificate of attendance provided?
Yes. All attendees are provided with a certificate confirming their participation in the congress.
Will simultaneous interpretation (Turkish-English) be available at the event?
Yes, simultaneous Turkish-English interpretation will be provided throughout the event.
Which countries are expected to participate?
At the invitation of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health, HIMSS+Eurasia HealthTech brings together health authorities and thousands of healthcare professionals from more than 50 countries across Asia, Europe and Africa in Antalya.

What registration categories are available?
We offer separate registration categories for Ministry of Health personnel, private hospital administrators, and private sector companies. You can complete your registration by selecting the category that applies to you.
Which payment methods can I use?
Registrations are processed online. You may choose either bank transfer (Havale/EFT) or online payment as your payment method.
I registered but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Registration confirmations are sent automatically to your email address once your registration is completed. If you have not received it, or would like it resent, please contact us at ceren.ilbira@ekspoturk.com.
Is there a discount for group registrations?

ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSFER
Which hotels are designated for the event?
Our event will be held at Sueno Hotels Deluxe, Belek, with Bellis Hotel also offered as an additional accommodation option for participants.
What are the accommodation dates?
Accommodation is arranged for 3 nights, from 25 to 28 November 2026.
Is airport-hotel transfer provided?
Yes, airport-hotel transfer service is provided free of charge. As the event date approaches, a transfer form will be sent to registered participants, and only participants who have completed their registration will be able to benefit from this service.
TRAVEL AND VISA
I need an invitation letter for my visa application. Who should I contact?

PROGRAMME AND EVENT CONTENT
What are the main topics covered in the conference programme?

Are there any training/MasterClass sessions as part of the event?
Yes. The Ministry of Health Digital Competency Training Programme and MasterClass/Training sessions titled "Cost-Effective Digital Transformation in Hospitals" are included in our programme. For the detailed programme, please click here.
Are there any award ceremonies as part of the event?
Yes. A Productive Health Awards Ceremony and Innovative Technology Awards Ceremony will take place at the Opening, and a HIMSS Stage 6 & 7 Digital Hospital Awards Ceremony will be held during the programme.
What is the Start-Up Arena?

Is HIMSS EMRAM certification granted as part of this event?
No. HIMSS EMRAM Stage certification is awarded separately by HIMSS Analytics, based on your hospital's own digital maturity assessment; attending the conference does not include this certification. Our programme does include informative sessions on EMRAM and digital maturity models.
SMART HOSPITAL
What is Smart Hospital?
Smart Hospital is a platform that establishes a sustainable communication bridge between companies producing products and solutions in health informatics, technology and industry, and the decision-makers of hospitals and national health ministries — experienced through a live simulation area.
When does the Smart Hospital Tour take place?
The Smart Hospital Tour will take place on 26 November 2026, from 10:30 to 11:30, at the Exhibition Area, alongside the HIMSS Eurasia Exhibition Opening.
What sections does Smart Hospital consist of?
The Smart Hospital simulation area consists of sections simulating different hospital units, including Emergency, Polyclinic, Hospital Patient, Pharmacy, Intensive Care, Operating Room, Radiology, Remote Health, System Room, National Health Systems, and Hospital Architecture.
Can companies showcase their own products in the Smart Hospital area?
