Ferhat Doğrusöz was born in 1994 in Çorum. After enrolling in Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2013, he graduated in 2017 and completed his mandatory attorney internship. Following this, he started working at the Ministry of Health's General Directorate of Health Information Systems, in the Department of Standards and Accreditation, within the Health Informatics Legislation Development Unit.
In 2020, Attorney Ferhat Doğrusöz took on the roles of World Bank Consultant and Unit Supervisor in the same unit. He has delivered numerous trainings and conducted various studies in the field of Data Protection Law.
Married with two children, Attorney Ferhat Doğrusöz currently continues to serve as the Unit Supervisor for both the Health Informatics Legislation Development Unit and the Information Request Unit within the same department.
