An Internal Auditor at the Ministry of Health and an associate professor in management and strategy. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences and earned his PhD in Health Institutions Management from Gazi University. He conducted research at the University of South Carolina for two years. He has held roles as an inspector, consultant, and internal auditor at the Ministry of Health and currently continues his role as an internal auditor.
