I chaired the team that implemented strategic planning and performance budgeting in the public sector for the first time. I presented the Turkish public administration practices at the International Symposium on Strategic Planning and Performance Budgeting. I participated in and presented at numerous national and international congresses and seminars on strategic management, performance management, and total quality management.
I have delivered presentations on strategic management, performance management, communication, leadership, career planning, quality management, change management, hospital management, educational techniques, and digital hospitals. I served as an evaluator in the national quality award process. Under my leadership, four public hospitals achieved HIMSS 6 status, and two public hospitals reached HIMSS 7 status.
