Biography

Director General of Health Information Systems at the Turkish Ministry of Health, responsible for the national health informatics infrastructure, data governance and hospital information system standards. He appears in three sessions: moderator of the smart hospitals panel, speaker in the obesity and healthy living technologies panel, and reviewer in the closing session.
