After completing my undergraduate degree in Nursing at 19 Mayıs University, I earned a master’s degree in Health Management at the same university. I started my career as a nurse in 1996 at Fırat University. Since 2000, I have been working at Tire State Hospital, where I have held roles such as Charge Nurse and Deputy Director of Healthcare Services.
Since 2016, I have been serving as the Director of Healthcare Services at Tire State Hospital.
My work includes topics such as "Applications of Nurse Decision Support Systems" and "Determining the Dependency Levels of Inpatients and Calculating the Number of Nurses in an Accredited Public Hospital".
Additionally, for the past nine years, I have played a managerial role in processes at a HIMSS Stage 7 certified and accredited hospital, which has allowed me to present on various platforms.
